Returns

You have 25 days from the day you received your items to return them to Moziak if you're unhappy with your purchase. Any tags must still be attached and all items must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we believe they are not in a saleable condition.

For hygeine purposes, no refund or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke. Products should be unworn and unwashed.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, then please email us at contact@moziakclothing.co.uk to get into contact with our customer service team to start the return process.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to show up on your statement if we have issued a refund. Refunds will be given using the original form of payment.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team right away and include your order number, a detailed description of the problem and any supporting images. Please wait until customer service has instructed you to return any defective items to Moziak.
